Your order is usually shipped within 3-4 weeks after we received your payment, not including special or
custom made products that may take longer or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description. 
If you need faster delivery please choose “express”.
We ship with DHL. Check www.dhl.com for shipping details and delivery time.

Please notice that we can’t ship to postbox addresses.

Standard delivery with DHL at 7 € (everything but the bags) – 9 € (bags)
Express delivery with DHL at 20 € (everything)

Inside EU

Standard delivery with DHL at 30 €
Express delivery with DHL at 55 €

Outside EU

Standard delivery with DHL at 55€
Express delivery with DHL at 70 €
Taxes and duties are responsibility of the purchaser.
Products will ship directly from Germany by DHL. PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
International orders may take longer due to customs formalities.

Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are shipped with DHL.
Please be aware that some items of our collection cannot be shipped to Switzerland and that delivery to Switzerland
might take longer due to customs formalities.

Important

If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, Nayme Kaplica does not send replacements.
Nayme Kaplica is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Nayme Kaplica has no control
over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges,
and Nayme Kaplica has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Return & exchange policy

For reasons of hygiene and individual production, the cancellation of the jewelry and goods is not valid. It is assumed that this section of the cancellation has been read in full and accepted by ordering the goods.
